技术科学博士、教授奥辛根据拌合物浇灌时除气原理,在敖德萨建筑工程学院尼古拉耶夫分院研制出-11振动真空设备(见附图),把振动、除气和动力附加荷载结合起来(苏联作者证№912500)。 -11设备工作原理如下。将散料装入料斗1。用上盖2对料斗进行密封之后拌合料通过连接管3进行真空处理,同时在拌合物的自重作用下填实成型模槽4。圆筒5绕水平轴按顺时针方向转动90°时模槽4进入6的位置,对着挡板7,挡板把模槽6和装在挡板上的压头8连接起来。在进行上述转动过程中,支点9沿靠模10移动时压头8通过连杆11挤压拌合物。在振动过程中,带振动器的挡板7除产生振动作用以外,还将附加荷载(大气压力与真空差)也传递到混合物表面,以此使压头8成型的制品充分密实。当圆筒5顺次转动90°时,模槽就会位于受料输送带13的上方,制品14即落在输送带上。当模槽位于15的位置时,对其进行清理和涂油。所有成型模槽4均进行相同的循环周期。在建材工业中将-11设备用于相同的生产面积中能够提高制品产量和质量,并能节省水泥。 (徐广年译自苏联《工业建筑》1984年第12期)
Dr. Oxan, professor of technical sciences, developed -11 vibration vacuum equipment (see attached figure) at the Nikolaev branch of the Odessa Architectural Engineering Institute according to the principle of degassing when the mixture was poured, vibrating, degassing, and powering. Additional loads are combined (Soviet Card No 912500). -11 The working principle of the device is as follows. Load bulk material into hopper 1. After the hopper is sealed with the upper cover 2, the mixture is vacuum-processed through the connecting pipe 3, and the molding die groove 4 is filled with the self-weight of the mixture. When the cylinder 5 is rotated 90° about the horizontal axis in the clockwise direction, the die groove 4 enters the position of 6 and against the baffle plate 7, the baffle connects the die groove 6 and the pressure head 8 mounted on the baffle plate. During the above-described rotation, the pressure head 8 presses the mixture through the connecting rod 11 while the fulcrum 9 moves along the cam 10 . In the vibration process, besides the vibration effect of the baffle plate 7 with a vibrator, an additional load (atmospheric pressure and vacuum difference) is also transmitted to the surface of the mixture, so that the product formed by the indenter 8 is sufficiently compacted. When the cylinder 5 is rotated 90° in sequence, the die groove is located above the receiving conveyor belt 13 and the product 14 falls on the conveyor belt. When the mold cavity is in position 15, it is cleaned and oiled. All molding cavities 4 are subjected to the same cycle. The use of -11 equipment in the same production area in the building materials industry can improve product yield and quality, and can save cement.
