乙胺碘呋酮已广泛地用于治疗快速性心律失常。以往认为此药疗效好、副作用少;晚近报道其副作用日渐增多,偶有因不良反应而终止治疗甚至死亡。我院自1982年7月～1985年2月应用乙胺碘呋酮治疗快速性心律失常99例。现就此药对肝脏及消化道的副作用分析如下: 一般资料
Amiodarone has been widely used to treat tachyarrhythmia. In the past that the drug efficacy, fewer side effects; recently reported increased side effects, sometimes due to adverse reactions and termination of treatment or even death. 99 cases of tachyarrhythmia were treated with amiodarone in our hospital from July 1982 to February 1985.
