创新的时代需要创新的党建,创新的党建需要勇敢地探索与科学地实践,东风汽车有限公司党委开创性的举措与效果,令我们欣慰不已。如何在混合经济中开展党建工作,尤其是如何在中外合资企业中有效开展党建工作?这是我国国有企业过去乃至当前所面临的一大课题与挑战。君不见,我们一些国有企业,为了实现合资使党组织地位弱化了,甚至没有了;有的即使有地位也名存实亡,作用不大;有的只能在业余时间开展工作,没有必要的经费及相关措施保障。东风汽车有限公司是迄今为止国内规模最大、员工最多(达7万多人)、注册资金达167亿元人民币的中日合资企业。合资3年以来,东风汽车有限公司党委能够在合资企业中理直气壮地实现“两公开”、两纳入”,并用自己创新的方式方法使党组织的生机与活力既展现在高层管理决策机构中,也体现在基层广大员工队伍之间,走出了一条有东风汽车有限公司党建工作特色的新路子。为了系统而全面地介绍东风汽车有限公司党建工作的典型经验,我刊从第6期起,分3期报道东风汽车有限公司党建工作的创新实践。希望通过这组报道,能给我国国有企业在合资重组中如何科学有效地设置党组织、创新工作方法、再造工作流程提供一个示范与启迪。
