目的了解某市区县疾病预防控制(以下简称疾控)系统职业卫生检测能力现状。方法采用问卷调查方法收集相关资料,并对结果进行统计分析。结果某市区县疾控系统共有职业卫生检测人员246人,年龄以31~40岁和30岁以下2个年龄段为主,职称以初、中级为主,学历构成以本科和大专为主;17个区县疾控中心取得了职业卫生检测资质,2009年检测用人单位710家,检测样品数23 440件,检测单位覆盖率12.0%,检测项目开展率49.3%。结论某市区县疾控系统职业卫生检测人员数量不足,结构不合理,检测覆盖率低,区域发展不均衡,检测能力整体水平有待提高。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational health testing ability in the disease prevention and control (hereinafter referred to as disease control) system in a certain county and county. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to collect relevant data and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 246 occupational health inspectors in urban CDC system were aged 31 to 40 years old and under 2 years old. The main titles were primary and secondary, and the academic background mainly consisted of undergraduate and junior college. Seventeen CDCICs have obtained occupational health testing qualification. In 2009, 710 testing units were employed, with 23 440 test samples, 12.0% testing units and 49.3% test items. Conclusion The number of occupational health inspectors in disease control system in a certain city and municipality is not enough, the structure is not reasonable, the detection coverage is low, the regional development is not balanced and the overall level of testing ability needs to be improved.
