别名 706代血浆来源本品为化学合成胶体物质羟乙基淀粉的灭菌等渗水溶液,平均分子量为2.5万～4.5万。作用与用途本品可增加并维持血液胶体渗透压,增加血浆容量,恢复血压。主要用于出血性休克和创伤性休克,亦可治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎、脑栓塞所致的头晕、头痛、偏瘫、大动脉炎、心肌梗塞、心绞痛等。疗效同低分子右旋糖酐,但过敏反应较小,比较安全。用法与用量静脉滴注,滴速和用量根据病情和血压回升情况,由医生决定,一日量最高可达2,000～3,000毫升。注意事项 1.使用前如发现溶液混浊,瓶门瓶身有裂纹以及封口松动或胶塞漏气,一律不得使用。
