中朝合建的渭源水库位于我省集安县境内的榆林乡老虎哨,总库容为6.26亿立米,总装机容量39万千瓦。渭源水库上游地处长白山区,山高坡陡,沟壑纵横,一般坡度为20~50度。该库上游鸭绿江干流的我方一侧沿岸长约544.2公里,平均宽约12公里,流域面积6,606平方公里,内有集安、浑江、长白三个县(市)的33个乡、215个村。
The Weiyuan Reservoir, built by China and the DPRK, is located in Yulin Township, Jilin Province, with a total capacity of 626 million cubic meters and a total installed capacity of 390,000 kilowatts. The upstream of Weiyuan Reservoir is located in Changbai Mountain area, with steep mountain slopes and ravines vertical and horizontal. The slope is generally 20 ~ 50 degrees. The dam on the Yalu River upstream of the reservoir is 544.2 km long on the side of our side with an average width of 12 km and a drainage area of 6,606 km2. There are 33 townships in 215 counties (cities) of Ji’an, Hunjiang and Changbai, village.
