建设和谐文化,是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要,也是全面建设小康社会、加强社会主义现代化建设的需要。在这种文化需要的大背景下,要清楚地看到中国语境中的大众文化与西方语境中的大众文化的根本差别,不同社会背景下形成的不同的大众文化观决定着大众文化研究的目的、价值取向和基本立场。在这样的文化背景下的大众文化建设需要做到促进主流文化的发展,消除文化负面现象,制定符合文化产业发展的措施,正确处理与西方文化的关系,提高大众文化生产者的素养等,为此,我们需要深入分析现实环境下大众与文化的定位,引导大众对和谐文化的追求。
Building a harmonious culture is the need to build a harmonious socialist society. It is also the need of building an overall well-to-do society and strengthening the socialist modernization. Against this background of cultural needs, we should clearly see the fundamental differences between popular culture in Chinese context and popular culture in Western context. Different views of popular culture formed in different social contexts determine the study of popular culture Purpose, value orientation and basic position. The construction of popular culture under such a cultural background needs to be aimed at promoting the development of the mainstream culture, eliminating cultural negative phenomena, formulating measures in line with the development of cultural industries, correctly handling the relations with western cultures and raising the quality of mass cultural producers, etc. Therefore, we need to deeply analyze the position of the general public and the culture under the realistic environment and guide the general public’s pursuit of a harmonious culture.
