一、苏联结核病防治工作基本情况介绍结核病是社会上严重的流行传染病,临床上很重要。苏联除有全面性结核防治机构外,其他医务机关也参加此防治工作。结核病防治工作,苏联政府非常关怀,建国以来,曾发布很多决议,指示如何进行结核病防治问题,特别在卫国战争过程中非常注意,例如:在战争极度困难条件下政府曾发布指令,对结核病要与其他流行病同样看待,各企业机关一定要把结核病防治工作做好。
