目的加强处方管理,规范医疗行为,促进合理用药,建立适合本院发展的门诊处方点评制度,完善工作流程和方法。方法在《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的具体指导下,建立三级处方点评制度。一级点评注重处方的审核和直接反馈;二级点评重在对一级点评的再评价;三级点评提出改进措施,建立奖惩机制。结果通过三级点评制度的实践,能够提高药房药师的审方能力,保证处方点评的公正合理,确保点评制度的有效实施。结论我院的三级处方点评制度,有利于持续质量改进,提高临床用药的安全、合理、有效。
Objective To strengthen prescription management, standardize medical practices, promote rational use of drugs, establish an outpatient prescription review system suitable for the development of our hospital, and improve workflows and methods. Methods Under the specific guidance of “Management Regulations of Hospital Prescription Reviews (for Trial Implementation)”, a three-level prescription review system was established. A review focuses on prescription review and direct feedback; a second review focuses on re-evaluation of a review; a third review suggests improvements and a rewards and punishment mechanism. Results Through the practice of the three-point review system, the pharmacist’s ability to review the case can be improved, the impartiality and reasonableness of the prescription reviews ensured, and the effective implementation of the review system ensured. Conclusion The three-level prescription review system in our hospital is conducive to continuous quality improvement and to improve the safety, rationality and effectiveness of clinical medication.
