北营陡河1#特大桥跨唐山东站东咽喉连续梁梁底距既有津山线接触网距离较短,作业面小,施工难度大。为防止因挂篮距接触网太近造成接触网放电而对线路运营及人员安全造成影响,应用平板电极及绝缘树脂涂层的防护体系对挂篮进行防护,取得了理想的效果。本文结合工程实践,介绍平板电极及绝缘树脂涂层绝缘防护体系的设计和检测。
