目的:用羧基丁二酰β-环糊精微球固定相建立一种利用毛细管电色谱拆分手性对映体的方法。方法:以羧基丁二酰β-环糊精微球为手性固定相制备新型的毛细管电色谱填充柱。在毛细管电色谱模式下,对2种氨基酸和2种手性药物对映体进行拆分。结果:在优化色谱条件下,4种对映体均得到基线分离。结论:所制备的新型手性填充柱具有较强的手性拆分能力,且重现性好、操作简单。表明羧基丁二酰β-环糊精微球可作为电色谱柱的固定相用于电色谱手性分离。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the separation of chiral enantiomers by capillary electrochromatography using carboxyl succinyl β-cyclodextrin microspheres stationary phase. Methods: A new type of capillary column was prepared by using carboxyl succinyl β-cyclodextrin microspheres as chiral stationary phase. In capillary electrochromatography, two amino acids and two chiral drug enantiomers were resolved. RESULTS: All four enantiomers were baseline-separated under optimized chromatographic conditions. Conclusion: The new chiral column prepared with strong chiral resolution, and good reproducibility, easy to operate. The results showed that carboxyl succinyl β-cyclodextrin microspheres could be used as the stationary phase of electrochromatography for chiral separation by electrochromatography.
