制度性文化作为企业文化的显性部分,表现为企业关于社会责任的法制规定、经济责任目标、社会福利与保障、社会发展责任与环境保护责任等具体内容。从制度性文化的立场入手,通过个案企业的实证调查研究,能了解企业文化对于推动企业履行社会责任的实际作用。实证调研结果显示:企业制度性文化对于企业履行社会责任有积极的推动作用。
Institutional culture as a dominant part of corporate culture, manifested in the corporate social responsibility on the legal provisions, economic responsibility objectives, social welfare and security, social development responsibility and environmental responsibility and other specific content. Starting from the institutional culture, through the empirical investigation of individual enterprises, it is possible to understand the practical effect of corporate culture on promoting corporate social responsibility. The results of empirical research show that: institutional culture of enterprises has a positive role in promoting corporate social responsibility.
