目的:比较放置固定式宫内节育器(Gyne Fi X330IUD)与放置T型铜节育器(IUD)的近期(30天内)、远期(2-12个月内),门诊随访、电话随访的效果。方法:对2008年1月至2012年12月在我站怀孕6-9周自愿要求行人工流产的健康孕妇688例,234例自愿接受放置含铜宫内节育器。按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组为放置固定式宫内节育器,共120例,对照组为放置TCu220C IUD,共114例。结果:固定式宫内节育器组妊娠率、脱落率、累积终止率均显著低于对照组,固定式宫内节育器因其独特的植入式设计,用于人工流产后避孕,脱环率低,避孕率高,值的临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of recent follow-up (up to 30 days), long-term (2-12 months), outpatient follow-up, telephone follow-up with a Gyne Fi X330IUD and a T-type IUD . Methods: A total of 688 healthy pregnant women, who volunteered for abortion at our station from January 2008 to December 2012, and 234 patients voluntarily received copper-containing IUDs. According to random number table divided into two groups, the observation group was placed intrauterine device, a total of 120 cases, the control group was placed TCu220C IUD, a total of 114 cases. Results: The pregnancy rate, exfoliation rate and cumulative termination rate in fixed IUD group were significantly lower than those in control group. Because of its unique implantable design, fixed IUD was used for post-abortion contraception, Low, contraceptive rate, the value of clinical application.
