小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)是细胞种系不同的白细胞恶性病变。Bennett等试图通过对ALL之白血病细胞的形态学、细胞化学以及膜表面免疫学表现型等特征的研究,摸索出一种既能反映增殖细胞种系特性,又能指导临床实践的分型方法。近年来对免疫分型尤受重视。本院自1979年3月～1980年12月,共对28例小儿ALL进行了免疫学分型,结合临床与血液学资料,加以分析、探讨。
Pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a leukemic malignancy of a different cell lineage. Bennett et al attempted to find out a new method of typing which can reflect the germline characteristics of proliferating cells and guide the clinical practice by studying the characteristics of leukemia cells such as morphology, cytochemistry and membrane surface immunophenotype.
