为了响应中国银鹰体协“十月份为群众体育活动月”的决定,广泛深入地推动全区金融系统职工群众体育活动的开展,不断增强干部职工的身体素质,促进精神文明建设,10月18日至24日,广西金融工会和广西银鹰体协在南宁举行首届广西“银鹰杯”男女篮球比赛。来自全区10个地市银鹰体协的20支男女篮球队,经过7天58场紧张激烈的角逐,最后,玉林银鹰体协男队和南宁银鹰体协女队分别摘取男女银鹰杯的桂冠,桂林、北海、南宁银鹰体协男队分别夺得男子2、3、4名,梧州、北海、桂林银鹰体协女队分别夺得女子2、3、4名。
