患者,男42岁。住院号136216。因发现左上肺阴影一年余,胸背部疼痛半月于1990年7月18日入院。患者1989年8月29日健康普查发现左上肺阴影(胸片报告为左上肺门区可见一片密度不均阴影;左胸第六后肋呈虫蚀状改变,左侧位片示病灶位于左肺上叶后段;病灶体层示中后胸壁部有一5.5×5厘米,基底与胸壁相连,前端向肺野内突出似呈分叶状阴影)。当时无发热、畏寒、咳嗽、胸痛等,故患者拒
