铁路的机车、车辆、桥梁等大型钢结构涂装前,大都用喷射磨粒来预先处理涂漆面,清除铁锈和旧漆,以造成良好的表面粗糙度。德国工业标准对粗糙度的各项参数下了定义,分了等级。看来是把粗糙度问题过份简单化了。表面粗糙度是摩擦、磨耗、润滑、粘合、涂装各方共同感兴趣的问题。较常用的参数有:中线平均、均方差、自相关函数等。已知表面粗糙并不是忽起忽落的尖峰深谷,而是相当平缓,90%以上的坡度都小于3°。
