目前,习惯上将速度高于5.0m/s的电梯称为超高速梯。由于设计、制造和安装方面的缺陷,电梯轿厢在运行中总会出现不同程度的横向振动。电梯是一个复杂的系统,造成轿厢横向振动的原因是多方面的。本文介绍了目前关于控制高速电梯横向振动的方法。提出了考虑主被动控制的耦合性,采用多目标、系统级的集成设计方法,对主被动控制策略进行优化设计,可能是目前控制超高速电梯横向振动的研究方向。
At present, it is customary to refer to elevators with speeds higher than 5.0m/s as super-speed elevators. Due to defects in design, manufacture and installation, the elevator car will always exhibit varying degrees of lateral vibration during operation. The elevator is a complex system. The causes of the transverse vibration of the car are many. This article describes the current methods for controlling the lateral vibration of high-speed elevators. The coupling of the active and passive control is considered. The multi-objective and system-level integrated design method is used to optimize the active and passive control strategy. It may be the research direction to control the transverse vibration of the ultra-high speed elevator.
