每次逛商场买东西,我还没来得及看商品,营业员就过来喋喋不休夸这些商品如何好,真是受不了,我只好选择离开。其实,一些营业员存在着某种认识误区,他们对顾客服务表现出过度的殷勤和热情,其结果却适得其反。所以,作为一名优秀的营业员,应该勤观察、细揣摩,了解、掌握不同顾客的需求,力求把握顾客的购物心理,恰到好处地施展服务技巧。只有服务得体,才会收到期望之效,否则会使顾客产生种种逆反心理。
Every time I go shopping, I have not had time to see the merchandise. In fact, some salesperson there is some misunderstanding, they showed excessive dedication and enthusiasm for customer service, the result was counterproductive. Therefore, as a good salesperson, we should diligently observe, try to figure out, understand and master the needs of different customers, and strive to grasp the customer’s shopping psychology, just to display their service skills. Only service decent, will receive the desired effect, otherwise it will make customers produce all kinds of rebellious.
