输不起,等不起!毫无疑问,随着重庆改革开放纵深推进,这片被称作中国内陆开放高地的热土,正成为全球项目与资金瞩目之地。与此同时,重庆每一个区县,都站在了一个前所未有的抢抓机遇的大擂台。近年来,各地使出专业招商、集团招商、亲情招商等十八般武艺,足见地方政府在招商引资上“买方市场”的窘迫。因为,对于区域经济发展来说,招商引资是需要下好的先手棋,打好的主动仗。
