《邓小平文选》第三卷总结了我国改革开放的实践,丰富和完善了建设有中国特色社会主义理论,在一系列重大理论和实践问题上澄清了是非,在改革和发展问题上,提出了著名的三大标准,即发展社会主义社会的生产力标准,增强综合国力的标准,提高人民生活水平的标准。并指出社会主义的本质是解放生产力,发展生产力。本文拟就深化企业改革,促进县域经济发展谈点粗浅看法。
The third volume of “Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping” summarizes the practice of China’s reform and opening up, enriches and perfects the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, clarifies right and wrong on a series of major theoretical and practical issues, and puts forward famous issues on reform and development. The three major standards, namely, the standard of productivity for the development of socialist society, the standard of comprehensive national strength, and the standard of living for the people. And pointed out that the essence of socialism is to liberate the productive forces and develop the productive forces. This article intends to deepen the reform of enterprises and promote economic development in county superficial views.
