“三系”杂交棉组合浙杂166和人工去雄配制杂交组合中棉所29(CK1)与常规品种泗棉3号(CK2)的若干生育与生理特性的比较研究结果表明,浙杂166株高显著高于CK2,但与CK1无显著差异,表现为盛蕾初花期生长旺盛,出叶速度、株高日增长及现蕾、结铃高峰期日增蕾、铃数显著高于CK2。前期成铃数少,伏桃数显著少于CK2,但中后期成铃数显著增加,最后总铃数与CK1、CK2相近;铃重和皮棉产量显著高于CK2,但与CK1无明显差异。浙杂166盛花至始絮期叶片氮和叶绿素含量较高,细胞间隙CO2浓度较低,中后期Fv/Fm、ФPS 、光合作用强度高于CK2,有利于积累较多的光合产物,为后期集中开花结铃和增结早秋桃提供充足的有机养分。
A comparative study on some reproductive and physiological characteristics of Zheda 29 and CK2, a hybrid combination between Zheza166 and artificial male and female, was carried out. The results showed that zhezaoxian 166 was significantly higher than that of CK2 but not significantly different from CK1. The results showed that there was strong growth, leaf velocity, plant height, budding and boll buds at the beginning of flowering stage. The number of bolls was less in the early stage than that in CK2, but the number of bolls increased in the late stage and finally the number of bolls was similar to that in CK1 and CK2. The boll weight and lint yield were significantly higher than CK2 but not significantly different from CK1. The results showed that Fv / Fm, ФPS and Fv / Fm photosynthesis intensity in Zheza166 bloom-to-flocculation stage were higher than that in CK2 stage, which had a higher content of nitrogen and chlorophyll, lower concentration of intercellular CO2, and more accumulation of photosynthetic products in later stage Flowering knot and knot Early autumn peach provides plenty of organic nutrients.
