目的比较洛美沙星与培氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和不良反应。方法87例下呼吸道感染患者分成两组:洛美沙星治疗组45例,培氟沙星治疗组42例,比较两组的疗效和副作用。结果洛美沙星治疗组的有效率为93.3%,痊愈率为75.6%,细菌清除率为90.9%,不良反应发生率为6.67%;培氟沙星治疗组的有效率为92.9%,痊愈率为78.6%,细菌清除率为90.2%,不良反应发生率为4.76%。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论洛美沙星与培氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效和不良反应相仿。
Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of lomefloxacin with pefloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. Methods 87 cases of lower respiratory tract infection patients were divided into two groups: Lomefloxacin 45 cases, Pefloxacin 42 cases, the curative effect and side effects were compared. Results The effective rate of Lomefloxacin treatment group was 93.3%, the cure rate was 75.6%, the bacterial clearance rate was 90.9%, the adverse reaction rate was 6.67%; the effective rate of pefloxacin treatment group was 92.9%, the cure rate was 78.6%, bacterial clearance rate was 90.2%, adverse reaction rate was 4.76%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lomefloxacin and pefloxacin treatment of lower respiratory tract infection clinical efficacy and adverse reactions are similar.
