16DM-PGE_1(16,16-二甲基-反式-△~-PG-E_1甲酯)是一种新型的抗前列腺素同系物。阴道栓给药可使子宫强烈收缩。本文作者观察了它对中期妊娠(12～23周)的流产作用。实验分三组,第一组24名孕妇。先在宫颈内插入昆布,然后用宫颈扩张袋,观察24小时。此组只有7例成功,胎儿排出时间530～970分钟。其中4例是宫内死胎,3例为正常妊娠。17例失败者,经检查2例是宫内死胎,15例是正常妊娠。第二组即第一组失败的17例。机械扩张宫颈后,再给予剂量0.25～0.5mg 的16DM-PGE_1阴道栓。每3小时一
16DM-PGE_1 (16,16-dimethyl-trans-ΔPG-E_1 methyl ester) is a novel anti-prostaglandin homologue. Vaginal suppository can make a strong contraction of the uterus. The authors observed its abortion effect on second trimester pregnancies (12-23 weeks). The experiment was divided into three groups, the first group of 24 pregnant women. First insert the kerchief in the cervix, and then dilate the bag with the cervix for 24 hours. Only 7 patients in this group were successful, with a fetal discharge time of 530-970 minutes. Four of them were intrauterine stillbirths and three were normal pregnancies. 17 cases of failure, after examination of 2 cases of intrauterine fetal death, 15 cases of normal pregnancy.
