公共精神缺失必然弱化政府执行力,公务员公共精神培育对于引领我国建设公共服务型政府意义重大。本文通过对公务员公共精神内涵的阐述及对我国公务员在公共服务中存在问题的分析,以期探索公务员公共精神培育的新途径。
The lack of public spirit will inevitably weaken the execution ability of the government, and the cultivation of public spirits of civil servants is of great significance for leading our country to build a public service-oriented government. This article elaborates the connotation of civil servants ’public spirits and analyzes the existing problems of civil servants in public servants in our country with a view to exploring new ways of cultivating civil servants’ public spirits.
