科技期刊在国家科技、经济、社会发展和科技文化建设中已经发挥了重要作用。在全面建设小康社会的历史时期,科技期刊应密切关注科技发展动态,关注国家目标,调整办刊思路,拓展科技期刊的功能,改变长期以来作者市场占主导地位的局面。不同类型的科技期刊应依据发展目标明确定位。主管部门应通过政策导向和宏观调控,培育国家点、线、面期刊体系,推动科技期刊进一步为科学研究和国民经济建设服务,为全面建设小康社会作贡献。
Sci-tech periodicals have played an important role in the national science and technology, economy, social development and science and technology and cultural construction. In the historical period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, sci-tech periodicals should pay close attention to the developments of science and technology, pay attention to the national goals, adjust the thinking of running sci-tech journals, expand the functions of sci-tech periodicals, and change the situation that the author market has dominated for a long time.
