作者报导3例因外伤后预防破伤风用精制破伤风抗毒素皮内试验阴性而注射后发生过敏反应及过敏性休克,其中1例发生严重心律失常。作者认为即使皮试阴性,亦应在注射后观察1—2小时,以策安全。如一旦过敏反应发生,应按过敏性休克进行抢救,过敏反应出现极快,必须尽早尽快地采取一切必要的措施,立即注射1∶1000肾上腺素0.2～0.5毫升/公斤/次,必要时可在10～15分钟后重复注射,病情危重者应静脉注射,还应及早给以适当的抗组织胺类药物及肾上腺皮质激素,呼吸兴奋剂,氧气吸入及人工呼吸等抢救。本文一例心律失常持续时间较长,治疗后85小时心电图始恢复窦性心律。本例心律
