“把事情做到藏区百姓心坎上。”这是我省第二批援藏干部人才的心声。两年来,全体援藏干部人才克服困难、主动作为,有效推动了藏区的跨越式发展和长治久安。那么,我省组织部门是怎么强化管理、坚持以制度管好人、以制度用好人,实现援藏干部人才工作好、生活好、成长好的呢?对口支援援藏干部是支撑记者:我省经过几年的援藏工作,取得了显著成效,省委组织部门在选派干部人才方面做了哪些工作?
“Put things to the heart of Tibetan people in the area.” This is the second batch of Tibet’s cadres and personnel aspirations. Over the past two years, all cadres and personnel in Tibet have overcame their difficulties and taken the initiative as the effective promotion of the leap-forward development and long-term peace and stability in the Tibetan areas. So, how to strengthen the management of our province’s organizational units, adhere to the system of good people, the system to use good people, cadres and personnel assistance to Tibet to do a good job, good living, good growth it?
