从1978年开始澎湃的中国改革大潮,已经跨越了三十个年头。在这大变革的三十年里,一向被人们认为是沉疴难去的国有企业,也通过机制转换发生了翻天覆地的变化,神华集团就是这种变化的典型代表。从1995年借款起家到2007年实现营业收入1000个亿,市场化的经营机制,让神华拥有了强健的机体,更拥有了生存发展的持续动力。本文对神华集团发展历程的回放,印证了这样一个道理:改革,是国企发展、也是中国经济走向真正强大的动力和方向。
The surging tide of China’s reform since 1978 has spanned thirty years. In the three decades since this great revolution, Shenhua Group has been the typical representative of this change in state-owned enterprises, which have always been considered hard to sink by the people, and have undergone tremendous changes through institutional transformation. Starting from borrowing in 1995 to operating income of 100 billion yuan in 2007, the market-oriented operating mechanism has enabled Shenhua to have a strong body and moreover it possesses the continuous momentum of survival and development. This article on Shenhua Group’s development of the playback, confirms the truth: the reform is the development of state-owned enterprises, but also China’s economy to a truly powerful impetus and direction.
