3月3日,谢坚钢区长主持召开区政府第3次常务会议,研究完善公务卡制度、杨浦滨江传承创新推介会、促进社会组织发展、信访事项听证等工作。会议听取并原则通过了区财政局关于杨浦区进一步完善公务卡制度,切实减少现金使用的实施意见的汇报。会议指出,完善公务卡制度,是建设廉洁政府、阳光政府的重要内容。要坚持以使用公务卡为原则、使用现金为例外的原则,坚决贯彻市委、市政府的部署要求,全面推进使用公务卡制度。区各部门和街道镇要进一步提高认识,严格执行财务制度,推进公务卡使用管理的制度化、
