前文[1]研究了钪—茜素S络合物吸附波。该体系的络合物吸附波虽有一定的选择性,但灵敏度尚不够高。为了提高测定Sc~(3+)的灵敏度,我们试图使上述络合物与铜(Ⅰ)硫脲络离子形成吸附性更强的离子缔合物。实验表明,当有Cu~(2+)和硫脲(TU)存在时,该络合物吸附波的灵敏度显著提高,钪的检测限达4×10~(-8)M,在6×10~(-8)—4×10~(-8)M范围内,波高与钪的浓度成线性关系。应用孩方法测定了矿石中的微量钪,获得满意的结果。采用多种方法探讨了该体系的极谱波的性质和机理。
The previous [1] studied scandium - alizarin S complex adsorption wave. Although the complex adsorption wave has some selectivity, the sensitivity is not high enough. In order to improve the sensitivity for the determination of Sc ~ (3+), we have attempted to form an ion-association complex which is more adsorptive to copper (I) thiourea complex ion. Experiments show that when Cu 2+ and thiourea are present, the sensitivity of the complex adsorption wave significantly increases. The detection limit of scandium reaches 4 × 10 -8 M, ~ (-8) -4 × 10 ~ (-8) M, the wave height has a linear relationship with the concentration of scandium. The trace amount of scandium in ore was determined by the method of child, and satisfactory results were obtained. A variety of methods were used to investigate the nature and mechanism of the polarographic wave of this system.
