本文介绍了ZM1416气动微震造型机的基本特征,论述了其加砂机构的存在问题和解决办法。文中详细分析了漏底式加砂机构,探讨了其加砂效果与砂箱尺寸之间存在的不等式关系,并与目前常用的几种加砂机构进行了比较。作者认为:ZM1416造型机的微震机构在结构上有一定的先进性;在砂箱最大尺寸小于800mm时,漏底式加砂机构不失为一种有效的加砂方法;但当砂箱尺寸较大时,闸板式和百叶窗式加砂机构却更具有优越性。
This paper introduces the basic characteristics of the ZM1416 pneumatic microseismic molding machine, and discusses the existing problems and solutions of the sand adding mechanism. In this paper, the mechanism of sand filling at the bottom of the hopper is analyzed in detail, and the inequality relationship between the sand adding effect and the size of the sand box is discussed, and compared with the sand adding mechanism commonly used at present. The authors think: ZM1416 molding machine microseism mechanism in the structure has some advanced; when the maximum size of the flask less than 800mm, the bottom of the sand-filling mechanism after all, is an effective method of sand; but when the sandbox size is large , Ram-type and shutter-type sand plus institutions have more advantages.
