某住宅楼系1958年建成的三层砖混住宅,共分六个单元,木屋架,楼梯为现浇钢筋混凝土结构,楼板为预制钢筋混凝土槽形板,外墙承重75号砖,10号混合砂浆砌筑。原设计未考虑抗震措施。其抗震加固办法,是在墙面各层窗顶端沿外墙面加钢筋混凝土圈梁一道,中间设两根壁柱,外墙四角设角柱四根,室内每层各单元南北横向沿天花板底(与圈梁同一水平)均设两道拉筋(图1)。
A three-story brick-concrete residential building built in 1958 consists of six units. The wooden trusses and stairs are cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. The floors are prefabricated reinforced concrete chutes. The external wall is loaded with No. 75 bricks and No. 10 is mixed. Mortar masonry. The original design did not consider anti-seismic measures. Its anti-seismic reinforcement method is to add reinforced concrete ring beams along the outer wall surface at the top of each window of the wall, set two pilasters in the middle, and set four corner columns at the four corners of the outer wall. The same level as the ring beam) set two lacing bars (Figure 1).
