活髓保存材料尤其是一些新型的生物活性材料相继问世、应用于临床,增加了活髓保存治疗的成功率.材料的生物学特性和临床应用备受关注和研究.氢氧化钙抗压强度和封闭性差、术后容易引起牙髓的炎症反应、形成的修复性牙本质量少的缺点;MTA有良好的生物相容性、封闭性、抗菌性及引导牙本质再生的能力,但有可操作性差,可使牙齿变色的缺点;iRoot BP比MTA的可操作性好,有毒金属元素少,术后牙髓炎症少;Biodentine硬固时间短,可操作性好.活髓保存术后形成的修复性牙本质的体积比MTA大.本文就活髓保存材料近年来的研究现状作一综述.“,”The materials of vital pulp therapy especially some novel bioactive material appeared and applied to clinical, increase the living pulp treatment success rate. This review mainly introduces the research progress of materials of vital pulp therapy material in recent years.
