[目的]研究蜡样芽孢杆菌CMCC63305的生物防治能力。[方法]通过发芽、平板抑菌和杀虫试验研究Bacillus cereus CMCC63305的促生、抑菌和杀虫作用。[结论]Bacillus cereus CMCC63305可刺激小麦根的生长,增加小麦鲜干质量物质的积累,与对照相比,鲜质量增加了9.08%~13.00%,干质量增加了9.22%~12.90%,株高增加了1.24%~5.57%。106cfu/ml的Bacillus cereus CMCC63305代谢液对小麦纹枯病有很好的抑制效果,菌丝生长抑制率达86.07%,略低于多菌灵药剂的杀菌效果;对蔬菜灰霉病的抑制率达63.73%,超过对照药剂腐霉利对蔬菜灰霉病的抑制率51.53%。1.83×1010cfu/ml的菌液对3龄小菜蛾48 h的致死率为84.3%,略低于苏云金芽孢杆菌Bt0601在浓度为1.14×1010cfu/ml的情况下对3龄小菜蛾48 h的致死率96.7%。[结论]Bacillus cereus CMCC63305具促生、抑菌和杀虫作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological control ability of Bacillus cereus CMCC63305. [Method] The germination, antibacterial and insecticidal activities of Bacillus cereus CMCC63305 were studied by germination, antibacterial and antibacterial tests. [Conclusion] Bacillus cereus CMCC63305 could stimulate the growth of wheat roots and increase the accumulation of fresh dry matter in wheat. Compared with the control, Bacillus cereus CMCC63305 increased 9.08% ~ 13.00%, dry mass increased by 9.22% ~ 12.90%, and the plant height increased 1.24% ~ 5.57%. 106cfu / ml Bacillus cereus CMCC63305 metabolic liquid has a good inhibitory effect on wheat sheath blight, mycelial growth inhibition rate was 86.07%, slightly lower than the bactericidal effect of carbendazim; Botrytis cinerea inhibition rate of up to 63.73%, more than the control agent Pythium on Botrytis cinerea inhibition rate of 51.53%. The lethal rate of the 1.83 × 1010cfu / ml bacterium to the 3rd instar larvae of the diamondback moth at 48 h was 84.3%, which was slightly lower than that of the Bacillus thuringiensis Bt0601 at the 3rd instar larvae of 48 h at the concentration of 1.14 × 1010 cfu / ml 96.7%. [Conclusion] Bacillus cereus CMCC63305 could promote growth, inhibit bacteria and kill insects.
