目的:研究雷丸菌丝冻干粉的急性毒性作用。方法:通过深层液体发酵获取雷丸菌丝并进行真空冷冻干燥,以高、中、低3个剂量组对ICR小鼠进行灌胃,采用一次性给药方式给药,连续观察14天。实验结束后取血清,测ALT和AST,取肝、心、脾、肺、肾5脏器进行石蜡病理切片检查。结果:各实验组均未见小鼠死亡,但用药组小鼠表现行为异常。病理切片显示,与对照组相比,用药组小鼠脾脏有极轻微病变,但未见细胞坏死;其余脏器未见异常。AST和ALT分析显示,各处理组间未见显著性差异。结论:雷丸菌丝冻干粉对小鼠有极轻微毒性,仍需进一步研究以确定毒性的原因。
Objective: To study the acute toxic effects of Leiwan mycelia freeze-dried powder. Methods: Myrica rubra was obtained by deep liquid fermentation and vacuum freeze-dried. ICR mice were intragastrically administered in high, medium and low dose groups, and were administered by one-time administration for 14 consecutive days. At the end of the experiment, serum was taken and ALT and AST were measured. Pathological examination of paraffin was performed on 5 organs of liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney. Results: No mice died in each experimental group, but mice in the treatment group showed abnormal behavior. Pathological examination showed that compared with the control group, the spleen of the mice in the treated group had very slight lesions, but no necrosis of the cells was observed. No abnormalities were observed in the other organs. AST and ALT analysis showed no significant differences among treatment groups. Conclusion: Lei mushroom mycelium freeze-dried powder has very mild toxicity in mice, still need further study to determine the cause of toxicity.
