我国“十二五”规划,包括以后几个五年规划,大体上有以下几个问题需要解决。一、自主创新和产业升级。中国必须走自主创新和产业升级的道路。包括经济的转型,经济增长质量的提高,这都可以使中国产品增加国际竞争力,同时也会使我们真正走上现代化、工业化的道路。对西方发达国家来说,自主创新、产业升级是它们长期工业化慢慢积累
China’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, including several plans for the next five years, generally have the following problems to be solved. First, independent innovation and industrial upgrading.
