吴建国字云石,1960年出生,江苏靖江人。现为中国书协会员,江苏书协理事,研修于中国美术家协会高级创研班龙瑞山水画创作室,江苏国画院特聘画师,金陵书画院画师,北京燕京书画院副院长,上海东方文明书画院苏州分院院长。师承沙孟海、陈大羽先生,作品多次参加全国展,并多次获奖。作品入编《光辉历程——纪念中国共产党八十五周年全国书法作品集》、《全国第二届草书展》、《首届王羲之奖全国书法作品展》、《江苏省第三届新人书法篆刻作品展》、《世界美术书法作品大画册》、《世界美术书法家世纪末成就大典》、《20世纪中国美术书法家作品拍卖库》。他的书法作品曾在众多媒体上刊登,并被法国、美国、澳大利亚、日本、中国香港等地的收藏家收藏。
