观察22例正常育龄妇女,在放置菱形缓释左旋18甲基炔诺酮(10.5μg·d-1)宫内节育器(Levonergestrel-ReleasingIUD,菱R-LNGIUD)前后,子宫内膜酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的变化。结果显示,在放置后第6~9个顺序月,子宫内膜腺上皮细胞大部分呈扁平、薄、暗细胞增多,阳性溶酶体明显减少,着色较浅,大小不一,未见阳性高尔基体和内质网。通过电子计算机图象分析P<0.01,提示放置菱R-LNGIUD后子宫内膜腺上皮的ACP活性明显下降。阳性溶酶体减少在月经减少中起着一定的作用。
Twenty-two women of childbearing age were observed before and after intrauterine rhEPO (10.5μg · d-1) intrauterine device (Levonergestrel-ReleasingIUD, R-LNGIUD) (ACP) changes. The results showed that most of the endometrial glandular epithelial cells showed flattened, thin and dark cells in the 6th to 9th month after placement, the number of positive lysosomes was significantly reduced, the color was lighter, the size was different, and no positive Golgi Body and endoplasmic reticulum. P <0.01 by computer image analysis, suggesting that the ACP activity of endometrial glandular epithelium significantly decreased after R-LNGIUD was placed. Reduced positive lysosomes play a role in the reduction of menstruation.
