一、引言实践证明,传统的鼓泡床沸腾燃烧,能有效地燃烧各种燃料特别是劣质燃料,并具有减少环境污染等优越性,因而得到迅速的推广与应用。但在工业应用中,它也存在着对燃料粒度要求严格、燃烧效率不高和排灰量大等问题。对此国内外进行了大量研究,推出了多种以鼓泡床为基础的新型燃烧技术,典型的有英、瑞士、芬兰、日、美等国研制的几种床内循环沸腾燃烧技术;我国清华大学、浙江大学、哈尔滨工业大学和吉林电力学院等研制的双床燃烧、床内循环和炉内循环等新技术。它们都有各自优越性,但要同时解决上述问题也遇到一定困难。床内准循环沸腾燃烧技术则是着眼于扩大入炉煤粒度的同时,提高燃烧效率和减少飞灰排放量。应用表明,该技术有明显的优越性和应用前景。
First, the introduction Practice has proved that the traditional bubbling bed boiling combustion, can effectively burn a variety of fuels, especially low-quality fuel, and has the advantage of reducing environmental pollution, which has been rapid promotion and application. However, in industrial applications, it also has some problems such as strict requirements on fuel particle size, low combustion efficiency and large amount of ash discharged. A great deal of researches have been done at home and abroad, and many kinds of new combustion technologies based on bubbling beds have been launched. Several typical bed-borne circulating combustion technologies have been developed in Britain, Switzerland, Finland, Japan and the United States. Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Jilin Electric Power Institute developed double bed combustion, bed cycle and furnace cycle and other new technologies. They all have their own advantages, but they also encounter some difficulties in solving the above problems at the same time. Quasi-cyclic bed boiling combustion technology is to focus on expanding the coal into the furnace at the same time, improve combustion efficiency and reduce fly ash emissions. Application shows that the technology has obvious advantages and application prospects.
