目的探讨圆锥角膜的早期诊断方法及诊断标准。方法应用角膜地形图仪对拟行PRK手术的患者进行术前检查。结果7例（1眼）圆锥角膜患者常规临床检查易于漏诊，而角膜地形图则有典型表现。结论计算机辅助的角膜地形图检查是对圆锥角膜进行早期诊断的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of keratoconus and diagnostic criteria. Methods The corneal topographer was used to perform preoperative examination of patients undergoing PRK surgery. Results 7 cases (1 eye) keratoconus patients routine clinical examination is easy to missed diagnosis, while the corneal topography has a typical performance. Conclusion Computer-assisted corneal topography is an ideal method for the early diagnosis of keratoconus.
