以EDTA二钠作为螯合剂对湿法磷酸工艺生产工业级磷酸二氢铵的副产物白肥中的铁离子进行螯合,可解决白肥的堆放问题,并生成更高价值的含铁微肥。实验研究螯合剂用量和温度对螯合效果的影响,得出最佳螯合条件为m(EDTA二钠)/m(白肥)=0.4、螯合温度50℃,铁离子螯合率最高为30.74%。
The use of disodium EDTA as a chelating agent to chelate iron ions in white fat produced by the industrial-grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate by the wet-process phosphoric acid process can solve the problem of white fat deposition and generate higher value iron-containing trace fertilizer . The effects of chelating agent dosage and temperature on chelation efficiency were studied experimentally. The best chelating conditions were as follows: m (EDTA disodium) / m (white fat) = 0.4, chelation temperature 50 ℃, 30.74%.
