建设龙头企业特色县，是我省加快发展县域经济和乡镇企业的可持续发展战略。本文对如何使县域经济和乡镇企业快速发展，科技工作如何为其发展提供强有力的服务进行了论述，提出了龙头企业特色县建设中急需解决的问题及对策。
The construction of leading county enterprises is our province to accelerate the development of county economy and township enterprises sustainable development strategy. This article discusses how to make the county economy and township enterprises develop rapidly and how science and technology work can provide a strong service for their development. The problems and countermeasures that need to be solved urgently in the construction of leading county are put forward.
