随着高效课程改革的不断发展,教师在教学过程中也不断通过创新教学模式来响应政策的号召。高校体育教学作为一项技能教学,也需要不断改进教学方法,从学生主体出发,实现人性化的体育教学目标,对于技校体育教学更是如此。教师要明确人性化教学的理念,为学生创设人性化的体育环境,并通过人性化的教学手段,将学生传统的体育学习心态和习惯扭转过来,为实现体育教学对学生终身体育影响打好坚实的基础。
