本文论述了柴油机缸套和水套(气缸座)出现穴蚀现象的原因,并通过采用在实际柴油机上实测和试验装置模拟分析,研究了柴油机气缸套水腔中穴蚀气泡的发生、发展直至破裂的演变过程,分析造成气缸套冷却水腔穴蚀损坏的基因及其影响因素。文中还附有图、表和公式。
This paper discusses the causes of cavitation in cylinder liner and water jacket (cylinder block) of diesel engine and studies the occurrence of cavitation bubbles in the water jacket of cylinder liner of diesel engine through the use of actual measurement and experimental device simulation analysis on an actual diesel engine. The evolution process of the rupture and the analysis of the genes that cause cavitation damage in the cylinder liner cooling water cavity and its influencing factors. The text also comes with diagrams, tables and formulas.
