编辑提示:农业产业结构调整是农业和农村经济发展的永恒主题,目前,我国农业发展进人了一个新的阶段,加入WTO又使农业发展面临一个新的竞争环境。新阶段,新环境迫切要求对农业产业结构进行战略性的调整,以迎接国内市场变化与国际市场竞争的双重挑战。本文从农村产业结构调整的现状和困难着眼,阐述了农信社支持农村产业结构调整中存在的问题和矛盾,同时,从农村金融主力军的角度,论述了农信社支持农村产业结构调整应把握的信贷“支撑”点。
