中央企业人才工作面临的形势与任务——访国务院国有资产监督管理委员会党委书记、副主任李毅中

由国务院发展研究中心主办的“中国企业人力资源管理发展”论坛,日前在北京召开。会议期间,就当前中央企业人才工作面临的形势与任务,我刊特约采访了国资委党委书记、副主任李毅中。他说,人才是企业兴衰之基,发展之本。国资委代表国家履行出资人职责,要监管好国有资产,当好出资人,必须高度重视企业人力资源开发与管理工作,中央企业中要培育发展一批具有国际竞争力的大公司和企业集团,必须大力实施人才强企战略。 The Forum on the Development of Human Resources Management in China organized by the State Council Development Research Center was held in Beijing recently. During the meeting, on the current situation and tasks faced by the personnel work of central enterprises, I made a special interview with Li Yizhong, party secretary and deputy director of SASAC. He said that talent is the foundation for the rise and fall of enterprises and for development. The SASAC, on behalf of the state, should fulfill its responsibilities as a contributor. To supervise the state-owned assets and become a good contributor, it must attach great importance to the development and management of human resources of enterprises. Central enterprises must foster the development of a number of large companies and conglomerates with international competitiveness. We must vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with qualified personnel.
