前言 在旋转机械的振动和噪声源中,结构中的轴承是其基本来源之一。轴承的振动和噪声问题,牵涉着很多方面,具有许多复杂的因素。 工程技术人员们多年的研究已表明,在影响单个滚动轴承振动的诸多因素中,如滚动体和内、外套圈沟道的圆度、波纹度、光洁度及轴承的径向游隙等,其中波纹度影响为最大,而尤以滚动体的波纹度影响最甚。很多厂家从工艺上做了大量努力来降低各另件的波纹度,并取得了显著的效果。
