开展后勤员工职业技能大赛能有效地促进后勤员工岗位技能的提升,可以进一步挖掘员工的潜能,便于更好地为广大师生员工服务。本文主要是通过回顾广西财经学院第一届后勤员工职业技能大赛的概况来阐述开展技能大赛对提升后勤员工素质的重要意义。
Carrying out the Logistic Staff Occupational Skill Contest can effectively promote the improvement of the skills of the logistic staff and can further tap the potential of the staff and facilitate the better service for the staff and students. This article mainly expounds the importance of carrying out skills competitions to improve the quality of logistic staff by reviewing the general situation of the first logistics staff vocational skill contest in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics.
