There has been a long history of differing opinions regarding the relationship between plant male sterility and tissue delivery. Laser et al. (1972) argue that the degradation of vascular bundles is one of the causes of plant male sterility. Sun Yat-sen University Department of Biology (1976) through the male sterile line of rice, observed due to vascular dysplasia, resulting in pollen lack of nutrition and abortion. Peking University Department of Biology (1976) observed after the male sterility line of wheat, sterile cotton pollen abortion and the relationship between nutrient supply, cell morphology can not find a direct link.
